SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. 

**For all preorder items, please refer to the product description for expected shipping dates. If you ordered multiple preordered items, your order will be held until all products are ready to ship.

UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, orders will ship 5­-7 business day after you order. This does not include the time spent in transit.


*NOTE: during new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your parcel is a domestic (Continental USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
- What delivery method you select

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Checking the tracking number provided in your Shipment Confirmation is usually the best way to check. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

We ship worldwide from the United States.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

* Domestic vs International shipments
* Total weight of package
* Selected shipping method


We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

VAT for international orders is calculated at checkout and processed by a third party. All international orders are shipped ‘duties paid’ so your order will arrive quickly and efficiently.

Orders

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item(s) purchased. Please respond to your order confirmation email for any exchange inquiries. The cost of shipping for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility.

Yes, as long as your order has not already been shipped or loaded into our shipping queue for fulfillment! Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact 6ix9ine@emeraldfulfillment.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.
